What areas do you cover?
I cover most of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. If you’re unsure whether I service your area, just get in touch and I’ll let you know.
How do I book an appointment?
You can contact me directly by phone, email, Facebook, Instagram or through my contact form. I’ll get back to you with available times and confirm everything for you - clients don’t need to book online.
What should I do before my appointment?
Please ensure your dog has had a chance to toilet and is ready when I arrive. Let me know about any behaviour, health concerns, or recent changes before the groom.
Do I need to provide water or power?
My mobile grooming van is fully equipped with water, all I need is a socket for power (I supply a long power cable). Just make sure I can park nearby and have safe access to your driveway or curb.
What if my dog is matted?
If your dog has heavy matting or pelted areas, I may need to shave down to avoid pain or discomfort. A matting fee of £10-£20 may apply depending on severity, which I’ll confirm before starting.
Do you groom dogs in season or pregnant?
I can groom dogs in season if let me know in advance. I do not groom dogs that may be pregnant - only after puppies are weaned.
What happens if my dog has fleas?
A £15 flea fee will apply to cover flea shampoo and full sanitisation of the van. I recommend treating your dog and environment before rebooking.
Do you offer puppy grooms?
Yes! I offer gentle, introductory puppy grooms to help your pup get used to the grooming process with no pressure or rush. It’s all about building trust and confidence.
How long does a groom take?
Most grooms take 1-2 hours depending on the dogs breed, cost condition, and temperament. I’ll give you a more accurate time estimate at booking.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may be charged a fee in line with my terms and conditions.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, all major debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Full payment is due at the end of the groom.
Can I provide my own shampoo or products?
Yes - if you have a specific medicated or hypoallergenic shampoo, I’m happy to use it. Just leave it in the van or hand it to me when I arrive.
